John Johnson


John Johnson , son of the late Jerry Johnson, died at the Eastern Michigan Asylum, Pontiac, on Apr 23, 1909, aged 38 years, 5 months and 9 days old. Cause was pneumonia. About thirteen years ago his mind became deranged and he was taken to the asylum for treatment. After remaining there a short time he had so far recovered that it was thought he could return home, but was soon returned to the asylum, where he has since resided. The body was brought to Yale and burial took place on Monday, April 25, at Elmwood Cemetery.
